Sandcatch offers test and verification projects related to sand challenges in treatment and biogas plants. The testing can take place both directly in the plant, or by sending water or sludge volumes to us for use in our test facility at Bryne.

In our test facilities, we have high-efficiency hydrocyclones that typically take out more sand than cyclones used in the industry today. Our proprietary hydrocyclones are autonomous, i.e. the cyclones operate without a sand chamber, reject valves and flushing systems. We also use special materials for increased erosion resistance.
